Astrology isn’t science though... is it?
We absolutely understand this question, we’re both actually pretty logical ourselves, so this was something that we were curious about, too.
However, we believe that science has already proved so much about the universe and the way it works, that Astrology will catch up!
We already know that the distance between the Earth and the Sun is critical for human survival and the Earth’s magnetic field correlates with the human heart rhythms.
Astrology has been measured, discussed, and tested over centuries and it remains at the heart of esoteric studies for a reason.
It may not be an exact science, but even science itself makes mistakes.
Energies can be proven and tested – sometimes, we just have to do those tests ourselves, and after all, seeing and experiencing is believing!
How do Astrological Charts work?
At the very moment you were born, the Planets were in a very specific placement in the heavens – this is known as your Natal Chart.
By addressing the placement of those Planets, Karen can advise you on the potential of your character traits and life experiences, including how you might react emotionally; where your career might be focussed; where your life lesson is; what your life purpose could be, and which form of communication you find easiest.
The current Planetary Transits are also interesting to take into consideration when making plans, launching businesses, and even explaining day-to-day events and feelings.
Did you know that the Full Moon really can make us crazy, at times, and a Retrograde Mercury sends communication into a spin!

How do Tarot Readings work?
If you’ve never had a Tarot Reading before, you might expect to walk through a beaded curtain and be sat in a purple velvet chair across from a bejewelled and robed traveller.
However, our Tarot Readings are more like a practical and useful guide to help you to create your own future, not so rooted in the antiquated ideas of fate or destiny, but instead embracing the idea of free will, seeing the cards as guidance.
Once we’ve accurately described your enquiry and shuffled the Tarot deck, we’ll help you work with the Tarot to unlock your own inner wisdom and find a pathway through to answering your questions.
How do I ask a question for my Tarot Reading?
Tarot queries are best when they allow for detailed answers as opposed to being closed questions requiring just a Yes/No answer – although Lenormand cards love a simple Yes/No questions!
For Tarot Readings, instead of asking, “Should I take this job or not?”, it’s more useful to ask, “How might I experience this job if I choose to accept it?”, or “How might I advance my career if I take this job?”.
The answers to open questions can be so much more enlightening!

Do you do virtual Astrology and Tarot Consultations?
Yes! As Readers with lots of Aquarian energy (we both love technology – Mercury Retrograde permitting!), so we’re definitely available for virtual Consultations as well as in-person Consultations, where possible.
Do you do in-person Astrology and Tarot Consultations?
Yes, it’s great to meet in-person.
Karen works from her seaside home with a lovely view of the water, and Tassia is based in beautiful Bath.
Do you do group Tarot and Astrological Consultations?
While we prefer to work on an individual basis, group Readings can be accommodated.

Do you do couples’ Consultations?
Astrology Synastry Consultations are available although, in our experience, in order to discuss a relationship frankly, it can be easier and more interesting to do these Consultations on an individual basis.
Couples Tarot Readings, whilst unusual, are available.
